I accept that in the event of any of my booked stands not being utilised by 11 am on any day, 

such stands may be re-let by Bolton Art Circle without any reimbursement to myself, unless

I have previously notified the Secretary or other authorised representative of Bolton Art Circle 

that I shall be attending later that day.
